Roger’s main focus has been on underwriting and successfully assisting nonprofit entities with financial planning and securing long-term financing. Roger has held upper management positions in several of the most prominent investment banking firms that specialized in nonprofit organizations. Roger has successfully financed multi-million-dollar projects in his 33-year tenure with innovative solutions and approaches. Roger’s ability to utilize capital stewardship programs and personally design financial planning contributed to the success of hundreds of nonprofit organizations. Roger has served as an elder and minister in various congregations as well as President of the Baker County Fair Association. Roger is also trained as a life coach assisting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges.

Rev. Reginal D Young is the Senior Corporate Tax Accountant for MDISNET Professional Tax and Accounting founded in 1986 an accounting firm that serves Southern California and the Inland Empire areas. Rev Young develops internal company policies and sees that they are respected by small to large corporations. He makes sure the organizations have a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s laws. Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations. He acts in dealing with non-compliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them. Conduct regular compliance reviews to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations. Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations. He helps guide the organization’s activities. Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives. Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively.
Rev. Reginal D Young is the Senior Pastor of Treasurers of the Heart – Out of the Pulpit Ministries since 1994. He uses this platform to go into churches and work with Pastors, church leadership, offering church compliance, church growth, and leadership development. Rev. Young works close with ministries to help develop their outreach programs; going into the streets to witness, pray, and offer friendship evangelism. He works preparing financial statements and tax returns for over 300 churches in the Inland Empire.
In 1992, Chuck Singleton began activist work dealing with slavery in the Sudan. Chuck Singleton established COMPAS (Congress on Modern Pan African Slavery) to combat chattel slavery and other human rights issues throughout the world.
Chuck is the president of a social action organization with the passionate mission of healing hurts and building dreams across the street and across the world. That work has continued through KALEIDOSCOPE and CASCADES SONRISE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Chuck Singleton and his team are actively addressing the causes and conditions that perpetuate the commercial sexual exploitation of children. Chuck is collaborating with faith-based organizations nationwide to develop strategies and programs for individuals involved in gang life.

Chuck Singleton has been a keynote speaker for numerous groups, ranging from governmental agencies to colleges and universities throughout the country including, Morehouse, Clark, the University of Texas, the University of Tennessee, the University of Georgia, UCLA, Southern Methodist University (SMU), Georgetown, the University of Illinois, just to name a few. He has been a featured speaker for the Evangelical Press Association, the National Evangelical Association, the National Baptist Convention, the Progressive Baptist Convention, the California Full Gospel Baptist Convention, Rainbow/PUSH events and the Western African Pastors Conference in Senegal, West Africa. He has served as a chaplain for the Los Angeles Dodgers, California Angels and Oakland Raiders and the Christian Entertainers Fellowship.
Chuck Singleton’s national and international preaching and teaching emphasizes the biblically based “Max-Life” message. This is, walking as a triumphant, “Tri-Fit” believer. “Tri-Fit” is walking with Jesus as a spiritually fit, mentally fit and physically fit believer. “Max-Life is about developing all three parts of the ‘Tri-Fit’ being to the ‘Max’… to the glory of God!” proclaims Chuck Singleton.
Chuck Singleton Th.D. completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University with a combined religion and history major. His graduate studies were completed at Cincinnati Graduate Seminary and Luther Rice Seminary. He served on the Board of Trustees of the prestigious Claremont Graduate School of Theology. Dr. Singleton has served in similar posts at California State Universities and Azusa Pacific University. He serves on the Senior Advisory Council of the Trans- Atlantic Roundtable on Religion and Race (TRRR). A fitness enthusiast, he has run marathons for the past 20 years.
